Where Brandesia processes personal data solely on behalf of a business Customer through a SaaS Product or IT Service, that Customer may determine the purpose and means of processing. In such cases, the Customer’s own privacy notice may also apply.

  • requests concerning such data may need to be directed to the relevant Customer.

Our service providers or infrastructure may process data in India or other jurisdictions.

Where personal data is transferred or processed across borders, we will take reasonable measures required by applicable law and contractual arrangements.
